    My MY21 build oktober 21 is still on R17.P.2 since I bought it. And that is 14 monate!! OTA ist activ + wifi onboard + wifi zu hause.

    The TSB does not say anything about OTA Update to R17.104. But Jeep set a RSU Action, which means, the dealerships are allowed to perform the update on all listed VIN‘s.


    The question is now, when you brought the car in for Z78, why did the dealership not recognize, that there is an ongoing RSU Action? The RSU is not part of Z78, but if they do their job the right way, they must see that there is more to do.
